As the seasons change, priority was placed on preparing the Lyndale property for winter weather while we await word from funding partners.
There was some significant rot and damage to the roof. With those sections of the underlayment repaired, the flat roof w
as replaced as were the HVAC units that sit on that roof. The building is now winter ready!
