The vision for the JailBreakers Catering concept is to offer meals and services to other supportive housing providers and similar program models having the same challenges providing quality, nutritional meals with limited budgets. Not only will we be able to reduce their overall budgets by not having to expense out or manage kitchen staff, but in many cases, we will be solving city/county/state compliance issues.
The vision for the FreedomWorks Job Readiness (OJT) and Culinary Training Programs is to employ selected FreedomWorks participants who will learn the principles of hospitality while serving others.
Participants will acquire a MN Safe Serve certificate while learning basic and intermediate life skills through the Job Readiness and Culinary Training Programs.
JailBreakers recently brought on Chef Leroy Duncan, our new Food Director/Executive Chef.
He has provided essential leadership in forming a new culinary team and equipping our commercial kitchens with the necessary equipment to support our vision for both our catering services and the Job Readiness and OJT program models.
With that said, we recently relaunched the JailBreakers Catering and Culinary Program and are ramping up to bring deliverables to desired customers (your network).
