Freedom at Work

Apr 21, 2021

Jared arrived on the FreedomWorks campus in August of 2019.  Since arriving on campus, Jared has not only used his work ethic and skill in our building remodel, but also has been a stable example and proponent of our community.  Jared says that “FreedomWorks is a blessing…a safe environment where God is working, [has] good steppingstones, and is a place where his kids can come visit”.  Jared’s greatest joy is spending time with those kids on weekends (ages 12, 14, and 16).  Jared’s immediate goals as a participant of FreedomWorks are to continue consistency with his life in recovery, as well as a continued growth in Christ.  Jared continues to be a valued member of our maintenance staff and has recently been helping to install new flooring in our conference room and the Bob T. Fellowship Hall.
