Despite just opening we have been able to serve 300+ individuals in our Jerusalem (participants), and over 750 people in our Judea (community). We have been able to give out 15,000+ pounds of food to those in our community and over 1,000 pounds of food to supporting food banks and partners!!
The Bread of Life food pantry opened in April of 2022 to provide participant’s of FreedomWorks with a resource of healthy food on a weekly basis. This past June we expanded our reach into the community! The participant’s that were once served now serve those in the community, and it is amazing to see the attitudes of joy that they experience doing this.
The response so far has been heartwarming. We are planning more outreaches so we can be a consisitent beacon of light to North Minneapolis.
