Position Summary: The Development Director (DD) is responsible for taking the lead in nonprofit fundraising, donor management, communications, and marketing. The DD will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in securing needed funding that supports the organization’s current mission and our annual budget of $3M. The DD, along with the development team, will be key in advancing our budgetary needs to meet our future organizational goals.
